Q: QuestionDo the extra lighting within the computer help it to preform better?

• A:Answer The lighting is only for looks. The lights can be customized and and have no effect on actual hardware performance.

Q: QuestionJust bought mine for Christmas got it and it’s running really hot without even doing anything it’s up to 80 degrees Celsius in the fans are being super loud

• A:Answer This machine does run hot for a few reasons. First, there is only a small exhaust fan in the back. There are no intake fans like a normal gaming gaming case. So the case overall has poor air flow. Also, the stock intel cpu cooler mounted on the processor is too small to let an 8core/16thread i7 processor breathe and run at full speed. Personally, I got a new case, fans, and cpu cooler for it and it runs great now. Much cooler and quieter. I picked up a Phanteks P300A case with a mesh front panel, and a Coolermaster Hyper 212 cpu cooler. About $100 for both, and I already had extra fans at home. After swapping the motherboard and parts into the new case, it now runs cool and quiet like a normal gaming pc should.

Q: Questioni was wondering the location as to where to install the ssd as i have a 2tb 870 qvo and not the strip that is on the center of the motherboard, is it on the left side of the black rectangle below and if so how can i remove that without gutting everything

• A:Answer Be prepared to buy a new case there is absolutely no air flow through this case and it only comes with 1 exhaust fan in the back 100mm the front top and sides are sealed. As for the ssd there is space on the motherboard for 3 more hardrive connections and the psu has a couple more connections for power. Great components idk why they would use the case idle temps around 80-70 it’s mind boggling

Q: QuestionI purchased 2 sticks of ram (CORSAIR - VENGEANCE RGB PRO 32 GB (2PK x 16GB) 3200MHz DDR4 C16 DIMM) from bestbuy to add to this PC. I installed the ram and it noticed it right away. However, it says they are only running at 2133mhz. Anyone know what gives?

• A:Answer Come to find out you have to make sure you purchase a 1.2v ddr4 cl22 3200mhz for this system to recognize it due to the fact that the bios won't let you change any settings. I purchased a Crucial 16gb chip that matched and now im seeing 3200mhz for all chips.

• A:Answer You can do that to almost ANY PC. It is apple who solders the components to the board. The CPU CANNOT keep up with the GPU and the bottle neck is HORRIBLE. I put 64gb of ram and running unreal engine it chugs all the time...
