• A:Answer The ram that comes stock with this computer is a single 16gb stick of ddr4 running at 2133MHZ as a base clock. The BIOS disables overclocking of the CPU and RAM though, so that's what your stuck with.

Q: QuestionSo... the overview says the desktop comes with Windows 11, yet the specs say the desktop comes with Windows 10... which is accurate?

• A:Answer Yep, the auto update to Windows 11, but NOTE it was not Windows 10 Pro. If it was Windows 10 Pro, then you would be getting a free update to Windows 11 Pro, but instead it is Windows 11 Home. Honestly better this way anyways though, especially if you are getting this for gaming, as there are additional back-end processes that you will likely never use on Pro, that just eat up processing power and SDD space.

Q: QuestionFor upgradable RAM, does it specifically need to be 16gb DDR4 DIMM 3200mhz? I tried installing 2x8gb 3200mhz RAM in the dual channel slots and it now does random restarts. Would someone be able to provide a list of compatible RAM for this motherboard?

Q: QuestionLooking at the picture of the back of this computer I see dual sets of video connectors. It looks like there is on board video and a discrete video card. Can the "On Board" be enabled? Its also a known fact the info and pictures aren't always accuate.
