- Answer it is your power supply. the 500W power supply is not sufficient for this PC it bottlenecks and turns your fans off for a short time. i noticed this minutes after turning on my PC and just today replaced it with my older corsair 750W all my thermal issues and power issues are solved. give this a go and i bet you it fixes it.

- Answer Any ATX size PSU should work. Most PSUs nowadays are the same size. I swapped mine out with a corsair 750W and it fit nice and snug without prior knowledge on if it would fit.

- Answer (Great Wall. E500. 80 Plus gold.) i only know this because the power supply this PC comes with was not sufficient so i took it out and put in my older Corsair 750W PSU. and it works great now.

- Answer I bought this PC around Christmas after having the series x. Everything runs better except for COD. If you play mainly cod or Warzone stick with the console. Anything else I’d get it

QuestionI noticed on the gaming PC that there are only 2 HDMI ports, if you have two monitors that limits you to just two correct? I don't believe the a VGA would work if it even has one. How would you set up three monitors? Thank you for your input.

- Answer Its a custom motherboard made specifically for this pre built. When i ran Dxdiag it said the name was G15CF.300. If you look it up in google it will pull up pictures of this specific pre built pc. Hope it helps! Also if you end up wanting to change the ram not all ram sticks are compatible so id do some research for what is.

- Answer Yes, I have upgraded mine to a 3080ti (Zotac AMP Holo). Any GPU under 320mm in length should fit.

- Answer It's similar in spec to the Asus Gaming B660M-Plus WiFi D4 motherboard, minus some internal USB connection ports they appear to have taken off. When I needed a sata driver for a fresh install, I ended up having to grab it from that product page. Your mileage may vary. Don't flash the bios from that page as you'll likely have a bad time.

QuestionI have had this computer for < 1 year. The blue tooth won't connect, the headset/mic jack stopped detecting a mic, the gpu fan started staying spinning even in idle with temp of only 29C... why is it suddenly falling apart? Anyone have these probs?

- Answer It seems like the consensus is for a 750W which I did too. And it works like a charm. I don’t know if the 650 W is still not enough.
