• You can look up a teardown of the laptop, Ozzymandiaz has a great tutorial of how to take apart the laptop, and then after you're inside of it you can just google how to clean laptop fans and you'll be good

• I think youd be better off cleaning your house first. Must be pretty bad if your laptop got filled with dust with in a month.
