The only way that I have "FIXED" is problem is to search in the bottom left SOUND and click on the one that says (Sound) with (Control Panel) under it. After that double click speakers in the playback tab. Then find the LEVELS tab then click BALANCE. After that drag the right volume to 0 and keep the left on 100. Yours may be different so you may have to keep the left on 0 and right on 100. This is the only thing that has worked for me.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know this is very late in the game, but I wanted to add my solution. Firstly, make sure you've got the Armoury Crate app installed. From the Armoury Crate application, go to the Featured section which is found on the left side of the app. Next, find the Recommended section and get the Sonic Studio 3 application from the Windows store. I've found it difficult to get the right Sonic Studio if you don't follow these steps. Fixed my audio issues completely.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I finally fixed it after trying everything from windows drivers, old realtek drivers, enhancements, etc... In the end it was an NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device that was causing some sort of conflict. When I disabled it, it sorted out the issue, and now everything is normal.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The only time the fading starts is when playing a specific game (Battlestar Galactica Deadlock). I've found that rebooting the laptop corrects the sound issue until the next time I play BSGD for a while.
