• You can find the update using Armoury Crate, however, you can download the driver directly from our Webpage. https://rog.asus.com/us/controllers/rog-raikiri-pro-model/helpdesk_download/

• You plug it into your PC via a USB cable. Then you need the asus Crate software on your PC. With your controller plugged in when you open Crate go to devices and you should see your controller there and among the options should be updates.

• You just need to install the Armory crate software from Asus to automatically updates the firmware on the Raikiri Pro.

• The updates are available on Armoury Crate, the software ASUS uses on all it's hardware. The program is available on their website. A quick Google of "Armoury Crate" will take you there.
