Very hard to tell at this point. The 3070 Mobile can be configured for 80-125w in laptops, the 80w version is slower than last gen mobile 2070 MaxP and 2080Super, the 125w varient is faster. It will come down to clocks on the 3070 Mobile, i'm expecting this Model from asus GA503QR (3070 Max Q) to have boost clock of 1410 (up from 1290 on the 80w varient of this card). I hope the real world boost is close to 1500mhz. Will have to wait to see. If this is the 80w 1290mhz varient, then it's going to be a 3070 in name only and frankly most of us are going to be disappointed.

After Seeing benchmarks for the Strix G15 G513 with the 3070 that consumes 115W, that 3070 outperforms both the 2080 Super Max-Q and the 2070 Super (laptop, non Max-Q). The Asus TUF Dash F15 with the 80W and 85W with Dynamic Boost performing worse than the 2080 Super Max-Q and the 2070 Super (laptop, non Max-Q) Knowing this, I think we can safely assume that the 3070 if using 100W will land somewhere in between the 2070 Super and the 2080 Super Max-Q Youtube video with 3070 115W and 3070 80W (up to 85W) Benchmark (115W power consumption is stated in the description): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yd1lmmj1lGs&feature=emb_title - Time Stamp: 10:45 Asus G15 GA503 Specs: https://rog.asus.com/laptops/rog-zephyrus/2021-rog-zephyrus-g15-series/spec Asus TUF Dash F15 Specs: https://www.asus.com/Laptops/For-Gaming/TUF-Gaming/2021-ASUS-TUF-Dash-F15/techspec/

Reviews seem to point to GPU intensive games doing quite well with the 80-100w 3070, putting it above the 115w 2070 Super, but not quite beating a 115w 2080 Super. When a game requires both GPU and CPU however, the Zeph G15 w/3070 struggles a bit, as it tries to balance the power requirements of the 5900HS as well as the 3070, causing it to perform closer to a 115w 2070. A great example of this is Cyberpunk at 1440p Ultra w/RTX and DLSS, vs no DLSS. With DLSS, the CPU and GPU are both push hard. FPS is improved quite a bit with DLSS, but not as much as a full power 115-130w 3070 sees, as the 80-100w 3070 ends up getting capped between 80-85w since the CPU ends up requiring more power. Without DLSS, the 80-100w 3070 gets pushed to 100w and performs closer, but not quite at the same level as a 115-130w 3070 because the CPU ends up running at a lower wattage. Either way, it's a step above the 115w 2070 Max-P, but can't compete with a full 115w-130w 3070 mobile.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have both an MSI GE75 Raider with a super 2080 and An acer helios predator with a 2080. Both these 2080 stomp on this 3070 in the Asus G15 3d Firestrike for my Helios 700 2080 is 27.654 and teh MSI Raider Super 2080 score is 26.119. The 3070 came in at 23,219.
