QuestionCan you clock the 165hz screen down to both 144hz and 120hz using windows display settings? 144hz would be for 24 and 48fps movies to prevent jitter, and 120hz would be able to play nice with 30 and 60fps videos from YouTube.

- Answer I would imagine that using the nvidia control panel to set framerate will work. Just go this laptop for my wife today, will try to test soon.

QuestionWhen I plug the power cord into a standard household outlet, it blows the breaker whether it is plugged into the laptop or not. Anyone else have this issue?

- Answer Possibly, too many devices are connected at the time, overloading the circiut of your household. Or, the particular outlet is bad. Try connecting the laptop to a surge protector, not directly to the wall or AC outlet.

- Answer No, this model doesn't have a programmable display or Anime Matrix LED on the lid. The ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 AniMe Matrix, or Model: GA401IV-BS96WH will have this feature.

- Answer Yes, you can add a 2nd SSD to the open internal slot. If you want to use the other internal drive externally, you will need an enclosure for it.

QuestionSo I’ve had this for about 4 months and the right fan is starting to make a buzzing sound like it’s loose or not connected properly it’s seems to resolve itself with a light tap on the fan cover but then returns 10minutes later

- Answer I also had fan issues and exchanged my laptop for one that doesn’t. The computer gets pretty hot and melted the spindle so it made the fan spin all wonky.

QuestionI just purchased this laptop for a week, I want to know whether this laptop is able to shaking(vibration) and drop on table in daily use, because I afraid after I shake or drop this laptop, it will easily be damage.

- Answer Yes it’s a sturdy laptop just don’t slam it a light tap or thump onto a counter shouldn’t harm it but might loosing the fans a little just be careful cause gaming laptops aren’t built for rage

- Answer Many of the issues and complaints with the 2021 M16 were heat, poor performance, and constant fan noise. This was due to last year's chip. This 2022 model has Intel's new 2022 Alder Lake CPUs, which are much better performing and don't get as hot. It also comes pre-installed with Win11, so most likely no issues there. This is a solid pickup, especially for $1199.

- Answer Yes, the battery is replaceable. You would need to remove the bottom cover, there are steps on how to replace the battery in the upgrade guide for this model which can be found on the official ASUS website.

- Answer Yes, it can be used in Turkiye. The AC adapter supports dual voltage, no converter is needed. A power outlet or plug adapter may need to be used.
