So, we don't even know if those that successfully pre-ordered will actually get it. BestBuy informed us that they are trying real hard to fulfill the existing pre-orders but they cannot guarantee it.

Something I found that, at least so far, has appeared to fix it is loading "my asus" and then downloading the drivers for video chipset, running it, and restarting the PC. I found that whenever I was watching videos it would happen most of all.
