Is tha RAM upgradeable? null

Nope, it's soldered on, so DON'T get the 16gb model. I have the 32gb model and with windows 11 as-installed by asus and my system is using 11gb right after startup before I open anything except Teams and my browser.

The memory on the ASUS GU605MI cannot be upgraded. The model comes with 16 or 32GB on-board memory and there are no memory slots available.
