Yes, this model has a vapor chamber, and from experience I can say that it is very effective at dissipating heat and reducing fan noise.

The laptop still gets 'crispy' above the keyboard area when gaming, so you won't want to touch anywhere there, but fan noise, which is subjective to everyone, is really good for a laptop of this size.
