QuestionHow does this differ from g15 and g14?

- Answer The G14 and G15 both use AMD's new Ryzen 4000 CPU and have been reviewed/benchmarked to show really powerful CPU results. The G14 is in a smaller chassis, and the G15 has shown to have a bad thermal design. I think some reviewers have estimated that the G15 and M15 share screen options: dimmer 144Hz and this brighter 240Hz panel. And only thee M15 has thunderbolt 3.

QuestionThis has USB-C Thunderbolt 3 that supports display port. So does the display port through Thunderbolt connect to the intel CPU graphics or the dedicated gpu? Everything I can find leads me to believe that it doesnt use the RTX GPU. so VR wont work well.

- Answer If VR is what you’re worried about I would say it’s a must. Granted I don’t use the type C port for much of anything. I run my rig with a 16ft usb 3.0 to type C and it runs great, the bump in graphics are amazing. I literally got done playing right now. Had to issues running VR games with this rig on the quest 2. Hard to tell if it’s using the rtx or not, but I gotta admit whatever it’s using is an improvement over standalone VR.

- Answer the ram is 3200mhz... intel i7 downclocks it to 2933mhz... that's on intel but the actual rated ram speed is 3200mhz...

- Answer Yes it has TPM 2.0. Which may are may not be a chip. it could be a firmware based, or CPU based. however if u go to control panel and device settings in the sublist security devices or security( or something similar) you will see TPM 2.0 AKA Trusted Platform Module. and it has secure boot obviously. so yes u will run win 11 if u want to, when ever that officially released etc.
