This model has soldered LPDDR5X RAM, and 32 GB is as much as you can get. So the several BB customer responders are correct, Asus responder is wrong. Pretty nice laptop except for 32 GB limitation. It has 140 Watt power limit so enuf juice to power the laptop 4070 with juice to spare for the AI 370 CPU and iGPU. Also has full blown power brick plus can top off charge via USB-C when on travel (I think you must buy your 100 W USB charger tho). If you can live with 32 GB, this is a good option along with the G16 and Pro Art models sporting the AI 370, although the Max+ 395 Halo laptops beat it.
