QuestionAre you able to expand the RAM memory?

- Answer Yes. There is one extra slot for another 8 GB RAM. I bought a Crucial CT8G4SFS832A for this. Chose that brand because the existing soldered RAM is by Micron Technology, which is the parent company of Crucial, and that particular model because all the specs match the existing RAM's specs. Upgrading was easy, and, as expected, it works.

- Answer Yes you can up to 16GB total. It has 8GB soldered onto it and you can add another 8GB stick

- Answer The Graphics are built into this CPU. Graphics Fequency is 1600MHz, Graphic core count is 7. Here is a link to AMD's description page of the CPU with the graphics specs. I own this laptop. I don't do heavy gaming on it but have run photoshop without issue. I did upgrade my ram to 16GB out of the box. https://www.amd.com/en/products/apu/amd-ryzen-7-4700u

- Answer It is not a separate graphics card, it is integrated into the Ryzen 7 processor and identified as AMD/ATI Radeon Graphics. - Answer Rich informed me that it is back in stock today. It will likely disappear again at any moment. Of course it is now at a higher price as well. Asus is still not answering any questions on its products. I have no idea why they are unable or will not provide answers for their products here at Best Buy.

Could you explain also why the Asus team in Taiwan never answers any questions for all their laptops on sale at Best Buy since you appear tapped in to Asus items??? Of course this one is now at a higher price and will be out of stock again in just moments! Where are you Asus customer reps????????
