• There are a number of versions of any particular brand and model subset, so it is impossible to answer that question without knowing what model you are referring to. And color doesn't help.

• For your use, the Zenbook with the Intel Core Ultra processor is better since it is compatible with all Windows apps. I would up the memory to 16GB though.
