Will this work with Canon-MG2120 printer? null

That would be pretty questionable, I'm assuming "NO". The MG 2120 doesn't have built-in networking capabilities, so unless there is a female type A USB port designed for this then no. Most likely any USB ports will be for input (from a flash drive, etc) or they will be USB type B with a type A on the other end of the cable to connect to a PC.
