- Answer That is a good point. This may be a mistake that Best Buy made. A few days ago, it said "4K screen" before they changed it to 2.8K. I will also assume that the price will not be $749.99 when it is released

QuestionI saw that someone said this was a 60hz display, is this true? On Asus website they say the ux3402 is 90hz. Also, are the fans on the sides and not pushing hot air up into the screen?

- Answer In settings, you can choose between a 60hz and a 90hz display. Out of the box, it is 60hz. Keep in mind that a higher refresh rate will decrease battery life. Asus changed the vents to the left side. Unlike last years model, they are not pushing hot air onto the screen but out to the left.

- Answer It looks like it is a fairly new listing on Best Buy. From the research I have done and the pictures, it looks like it is a UX3402 model. This means that this 2.8K OLED screen has a max brightness of 550 nits.

- Answer This model does not have a touchscreen. There are different variants of the same model. Asus will probably release the i7 12th gen with 16gb of RAM later. That model will most likely have the touch screen.

- Answer I have not received this laptop yet, but Asus claims that the 75Wh battery can last up to 18 hours. I recommend watching Youtube reviews for real world performance.

- Answer The maximum refresh rate of the screen is 90 Hz but is 60 Hz out of the box. RAM is soldered and not upgradable. SSD is however upgradable.

- Answer No, your phone also get hot when charging. But your computer has fans that know the temp and ramp up appropriately to protect you and your device from any damage.

QuestionDo they all run very hot. After complaints to it running very hot, Asus said use it on a hard flat surface or get a cooling pad. This seems odd as it is supposed to be a laptop. So do they all run hot or was it just bought one with issues?

- Answer When I use it unplugged, I make sure to use whisper mode for the fan and battery save mode and I never once had it overheat with me. When plugged into power, and I'm at a desk using it, I put fan to normal and then off battery saver. No running hot there either.

- Answer Yes, that is the main reason why I punched this laptop. I connect the monitors via a port replicator into the Thunderbolt port.
