QuestionAre any of the display outputs connected to the dGPU? If not, is there a BIOS change I can make to that? I’d like to game on an external monitor with gsync and currently am unable to do so.

- Answer Yes, it output display signal to an external monitor using the discreet GPU. Setup is through the Nvidia control panel.

QuestionAnyone else had an issue with the sd card reader? Its recognized in device manager but will not read any sd cards. Tried updating drivers and tried multiple sd cards with no luck. It worked originally but then quit possibly after installing update.

QuestionWhat percentage of the Adobe RGB color space can this computer display? The specifications on the Asus website say it is 100% DCI-P3 which means it also covers 100% of sRGB but I have not found a statement about the Adobe color space.

QuestionCould anyone confirm wether the ram is upgradable or not? I've read that it's soldered but once or twice i've found someone saying that you can add up anotherone. Is this true? If it is, which is it's max cap? Thanks a lot

QuestionI saw that this computer has both Iris XE and GX1650ti. Can you turn Iris XE off and use the GX1650. One another post (different unit) a user said the GX1650 was only available when gaming and you could not turn the Iris XE off.

- Answer Yes, it defaults to the intregrated Intel GPU for optimum power management, will automatically switch to the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti when more graphic processing speed is required.

- Answer with one hdmi and 2 thunderbolt 4 ports, you should be able to extend to 3 external displays natively without any docking station.

- Answer Because this is a laptop, you're not going to be able to find information on the memory as easily as you would for desktop memory. The following information is information that I received from my system by running Command Prompt as an Administrator. This laptop ships with 16GB of RAM that are installed in dual channel (2x8GB). The total physical memory on my unit is 16,063 MB (approximately 16 GB). The capacity per module is 8589934592 bytes. The speed of each module is 3200 MHz. The FormFactor of the modules is SODIMM, which is common for laptops. The modules have 64-bit datawidth. The TypeDetail of the RAM is 128. There were a couple aspects of the memory which could not be discovered by running Command Prompt as an Administrator. For example, asking for the memory manufacturer resulted in "0x0000" for each module. Asking for MemoryType resulted in "0." Based on the MemoryType commmand, this value translates to "unknown." Asking for the modules' serial numbers resulted in "00000000" for each module. ASUS claims that the memory is DDR4, and it's safe to assume that this is accurate.

QuestionI was told by Best Buy that I could use a usb c charger, 90 watts thru the thunderbolt 4 ports. It does not work. Will not charge either direct or thru a hub. I have tried to load updated drivers and still won't work.

- Answer You can't charge this laptop using USB-C, no matter what USB-C adapter/charger you use, other than its proprietary charger. This is the main complaint I have with this laptop
