Funny enough, they issued a unique user manual that only changes the title page and the edition (BE14000 is E25115 and BT8 is E24422). Hope that helps anyone else that was confused. Transcript: Me: "I'm looking to purchase a BT8 but the only offering at Best Buy is the BE14000. I can't tell if they are the same device. I want to know before purchasing" Service Agent: "They're the same"
