The phone line that goes from the machine to the telephone is not included, however, there is a built in line connected to the machine that goes into the wall jack.
A:AnswerUnable to answer any questions about this product. It ceased answering calls 2 weeks ago. I’m purchasing a different product. I wouldn’t recommend this item to anyone to purchase. I’ve owned 2 of them and both quit functioning for whatever reason
