• I bought batteries for an earlier AT&T phone at the local Interstate Battery store.

• ATT does not make phones. Geek Squad is unable to help with Remote or possibly even Store Support if not working If unit fails a dial tone just unpug the phone for 10 seconds to rest. DUHHH
