- Answer Yes, it can be wall mounted. Mine is not, however, the back of the phone has several wholes that bracket attachments should work fine. Check the box contents.

- Answer No, I do not believe it does. The directory button is for you to enter numbers that you would wish to be on your re-call list. AT&T makes a model that does have a CID (Caller ID) button that works quite well., the phone I have is labelled as 'a digital answering system'. I do not know how many numbers the system can retain.
