No this is a Sim card is for use with at&t services and phones. It allows your phone to connect with at&t only the service plans for talk text and data are sold secondary to this product. The Sim card does not include talk text or data services but allows you to use the at&t plans with your phone if it is compatible with at&t Sim cards. If you are not going to use the at&t network you have no use for this Sim card.

Please try again later.To me, it seems the 10 dollars is the sim card (which if you don't connect to anything, is just the little card and the ABILITY to use any compatible ATT plan that you set up. On the item packaging, the bottom left corner mentions a $65 plan/mo... So it looks like you would need to first buy the SIM card for 10, then sign up for servicing which for unlimited data would be an additional $65... a bit over $75 all in all, with taxes. This would last for 1 month. Then you would need to pay $65 again for another month of service, though it could be flexible if you want. The benefit is even if you stopped service, you could still have the sim card for future service even if you changed plans. Check with AT&T stores directly if they include the sim card in certain plan packages. Note as well that the video streaming quality is limited at 480p... High def is minimum 720p but really 1080p. If you've paid for a premium device because you want premium graphics, this isn't the service plan for you. Others to check: verizon, sprint, t mobile
