• No. This is an analog phone that connects directly to the phone jack. It's good to have one of this in the house because when the power is out, VOIP and digital phones don't work.

• Please be aware that this phone DOES NOT work with VOIP service. I had this phone with conventional phone services and I changed to VOIP today and nothing in the entire house was working correctly until the installer discovered this phone and disconnected it. After that everything worked fine. When connected with VOIP it will not ring nor let other phones on the same service ring.
