“What is the lifespan of the Atom Pro 2 OTC hearing aids? I know they're rechargeable, but I also know that even rechargeable batteries eventually go dead/won't recharge. I've experienced this with my other hearing aids that came from an Audiologist.”

Please try again later.I had an ATOM 1 for 2-3 weeks and one stopped working, Sent it in for repair, while talking with the person helping me I decided to purchase the ATOM PRO 2 and here ir is 2 and a half weeks and one of them stopped working. Right ear both times. Help.

Had them replaced again and unbelievably the same thing happened two months later. So from my experience, while they work incredibly well when they're working, I'd say they just aren't well made and. Too bad. I'd pay the price if they only lasted one year!

While lifespan of product varies by usage, you can expect a minimum of 3-5 years for all products. If you do experience a device that stops recharging, our support team will help you out.
