What if my receiver doesn't have a ground hook up null

Ground isn't required to use this turntable. I have a pair of powered speakers hooked up to this without ground, and I just left the ground lead disconnected at both ends of the RCA cable.

If your receiver does not have a ground hook up, it likely doesn't have a PHONO input either. The ground wire connection is only needed when the turntable is used in the phono out mode (internal phono preamp turned off), you will be using the turntable in the line out mode (internal phono preamp turned on) therefor the ground wire will not be needed.
