• This model (Gen 4) isn’t Z-wave compatible ,the Gen 3 is .

• Hello, The August Wi-Fi Smart Lock is not compatible with Z-Wave. Only the previous lock generation (August Smart Lock Pro) is compatible with Z-Wave. Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns. Thanks! August Home
