Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, so I live in florida not far from the beach and have never had any issues. The product should work flawlessly as the actual smart lock is on the inside of the door and not the exterior. Hope that helps.

I have also found that if I want to control the lock from the road with my phone I need to subscribe to their service. I may be returning this as I do nto think it is for me.
