• If WiFi is down, you either bring your phone close to lock to unlock it via Bluetooth or manually unlock with key. This is universal for all smart locks.

• Bluetooth. Without WiFi there would be no remote access but Bluetooth is its preferred connection method when nearby.

• If you are in the house, you can use the knob. If you are outside, you can use Bluetooth.
