How do you replace battery ? null

If you are talking about the lock, press the august symbol on face of lock to expose battery area. If you are talking about the keypad. Use a coinn or screwdriver to gently press tab on bottom of keypad box. Pad will pop off. There are the batteries!

On the lock itself press on the august emblem, and you should be able to take the lid off the lock to replace the 4 lithium 123 batteries. On the keypad on the bottom there is a little press pad where it attaches to the wall to push to find the 2 aaa barriers. Good luck!
