- Answer Just remove the photos from the Aura app. It’s the same place where the photos get added.

QuestionI was given a Harper as a gift, preloaded with photos and people who can connect. Can I delete people I do not know and will the gift giver know I have done so ALSO will the gift give know that I have deleted their photos

QuestionDoes the frame constantly scroll through pictures like a slideshow or stay on one picture unless you tell it to play a slideshow? If the frame is portrait, but a picture shot in landscape mode displays, is the picture flipped so it displays upright?

Aura takes customer privacy seriously and we only collect data that is necessary in order to provide our photo and video sharing services and to improve our customers experience. Your photos, videos and photo library are never shared with anyone else or uploaded, except those individual photos that you add to a frame which are visible to all other invited members of the frame.

- Answer Adding photos and videos to an Aura frame is simple using the Aura app or web uploader. Aura also offers a direct email-to-frame upload option where any invited frame members can send up to 50 photos to a frame's unique email address. Please note that due to the size of videos this upload option is limited to photos, but you can upload your videos via the Aura app itself.

QuestionI have an Aura photo frame for about 10 months. Everything worked fine until yesterday. The photos started flushing and trembling and they seem to be mixed together. How can I fix this?

- Answer We had some funky things where the frame was rebooting a lot. We removed the power multiple times over several days and eventually it worked again - it might have been a bad:corrupted picture? Ben working ok ever since though. Still recommend to everyone though the price is a little high.

- Answer If you have the photos on your phone then they can be uploaded. I’d try to get the originals on your phone and go from there. I’m not familiar with the other brand but transferring from my phone in their app is a breeze.

- Answer If people have been invited to the Aura frame (which can be done in the ap settings by adding their email or smartphone number), they can upload photos directly to it whether from their computer or smartphone. If they haven't been invited, and are sending you pictures via text or email, then yes, you have to upload them.

- Answer I don't think so. We had to return the one we bought for this very reason. As soon as the wifi cuts out, even with all the photos loaded on there, it reverts to a screen that says to reconnect the wifi. Seems like a really poor design. What's the point of the internal memory if not to prevent failures like this?
