There should be instructions that came with your dispenser. You're suppose to turn it off and empty it out then run a vinegar/water mixture through it. The manual that came with your dispenser will go into that in more detail. I use Readyrefresh water service, formerly Arrowhead. They can set you up with a plan and they also have some accessories.
