We provide an installation kit and instruction manual to make this a simple process to connect to the back of the water cooler dispenser. - Answer Hi jpcham. The Avalon A5 comes with the first set of filters, which should last 3-6 months or 1500 gallons.

QuestionI have tried hooking this up under the sink but it starts to leak from the metal adapter. I cannot screw it on any tighter so how do I stop it from leaking from this metal adapter?
