“Windows 10 recognized the Avaya HC020 when I plugged in the USB 3.0.1 and verified when it was set up. My problem is that I cannot find instructions on how to use the remote and I cannot find this device on my desktop. Any suggestions? Thanks very much.”

When I plug it in and open Zoom, and go to select the available cameras, it is in the list. I don't know all the features on the remote. Zoom and back and left and right are just pushing the buttons. If you want to pre-set one of the 1-9 buttons.
