QuestionI want to purchase 2 bikes for my family to use (family of 4). I was going to purchase a S/M and a M/L to accommodate my husbands height of 6’2”. I am 5’5” is it possible for me to ride the M/L bike? So my daughter could ride the S/M if desired.

- Answer The best way to measure is by the inseam and your stand-over height. Any Best Buy or local dealer will have models to test before you buy.

- Answer Hi there, our bikes come partially assembled. The remainder of the assembly requires the handle bars, the front wheel, and making sure all screws are secure and tight. Regards, Ivy

- Answer not sure of torque output, bike has a built-in delay for the throttle and the pedal assist settings I would imagine for safety

Aventon offers warranty on manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for all electrical components for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. - Rebecca

Questionare the 4" tires swapable to something smaller...it be mostly intown not much offroad would like more streetable tires

- Answer Thank you for your question! Technically yes you can switch to smaller tries but would have to swap the wheel as well and most likely a new wheel build would be needed. It is not recommend it but it is possible.
