The amount of cleaning depends on the brand/type of formula. The machine is programed for virtually all formulas and will tell you when to clean the nozzle. Some formulas have different properties/dust/residue than others. Once you program the type of formula you are using, the machine will let you know when to clean it. **I also clean the formula container after each full container is used up. It doesnt have to be done but makes me feel better about the formula sitting in there
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a small funnel that needs to be cleaned after every 4 bottles. The machine stops working until the funnel is removed and cleaned. The top part that holds the formula only needs to be cleaned once a month. For the convenience of how it makes bottles, the cleaning requirements are minor in comparison.

Once a day, clean the water reservoir with soap and water. Once a month, you break down the powder hopper completely and clean the Water tank with vinegar.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As everyone is mentioning the funnel, yea but also the orange round piece in which the funnel attaches to. If you tilt your head upside down to look into it the orange piece is covered in hardened dry formula it’s kind of gross but definitely be sure to clean that! I take it apart to clean the whole thing every other day (try to) - I dump out the formula, set it aside and clean the compartment, air dry, put it back together. I know it’s recommended once a month but I just do it as a sanitizing measure

Wipe the wiper part which is above the mixing tray everytime you swap or clean the mixing tray. I clean the water reservoir and powder mixing station once a week.
