The bottle warmer should be descaled at least every weeks. To descale we recommend using 2 ounces white vinegar and 4 ounces of cold water and pour it into the water chamber. Then run on one heating cycle, setting 5 until all scaling has been removed. If you have any further questions please contact us 888-396-6552.
