Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had that happen with a 65" tv. About 1 week after installation it had a blue line running left to right. I went into the store, showed my receipt and told them of the line. They scheduled a new tv for installation the first available date, showed up, took the defective one down, installed the new one which has been working like a champ for two months. They did a great job for me.
