• I just made a move this month. Geek Squad came out on mounted my TV took it to my new place remounted it reset it everything was set up perfect I highly recommend using the Geek Squad.

• The previous answers are extremely outdated. I just called Best Buy and they do not move TVs or the mounts. You have to pay to have mounts uninstalled then pay to have them reinstalled at the new location but you are responsible for moving everything even the mounts. ☹

• They are not a moving company. If they move your product it is uninsured by the company so thats at your own risk.
