A:AnswerThey did not haul away my old TV call but I did not ask them to so I really don’t know if it’s provided in the service. I ended up donating my old TV (which was in great shape) to the Salvation Army for a tax write-off.
A:AnswerGeek Squad has like a 60 day or so satisfaction guarantee on installs. I suggest you call the store and talk to the install manager. They should fix it without an additional charge.
A:AnswerWe had multiple tv’s purchased with the installation service added on. Just be sure you select on your invoice the same number of installs as you have tv’s!! We did 3 TVs and only one install order by mistake, and it took an extra 15 days and 60 emails/ calls/ texts to straighten that out before they would schedule the installers.
A:AnswerDepends on where you are setting things up. I live in a townhouse and did not get any extra speakers or sound bar and my sound quality on my 50” Samsung is great. If you are in a bigger home with a larger room and not worried about neighbors then you might go for speakers for a surround sound experience
