• A:Answer They installed our 55 inch TV on the wall and ran the wiring inside the wall. They took old TV to be recycled.

Q: QuestionWell I had geek squad mount the tv but I feel the placement on my wall is a little for my view can they come back and readjust the placement of the mount if possible and also would it cost extra for me to have that done

• A:Answer Yes I’m sure it would. Because you let them leave your home satisfied with the space you chose to hang the TV. So if you’re not satisfied where the TV is hung you’re having them to relocate it rehang it so it’s like a second location. If you remember you only pay half the price so it’s worth being a member for year because you can lose utilize their services for other things for your phone, your iPad, your home computer, your work computer, your TVs, and etc. for a whole year you can utilize all your services they’ll come to you you can go to them it’s well worth it.

Q: QuestionI purchased a new TV that will be replacing an older wall mounted TV in my family room. In addition to the new TV install remount, will they install the old TV in a new location for me if I purchase another wall mount? Will there be an additional charge?

• A:Answer Yes there is an additional fee to mount the old tv in a new location. I had the same thing done. I had them remove my mounted 75 inch from the family room and mount it in the basement instead. Then they mounted my new 85 inch tv in the family room. I bought two tv mounts from another retailer and had them ready to go on the appointment date. I was charged for two tv mounting services. It’s worth it! They do precise measuring, give you ideas, suggest what they think is best, and get your approval before moving forward with drilling holes.

Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between premium and basic mounting? If I only need the wires run through the back from the TV to the sound bar and direct TV. Is there a specific type of HDMI I have to have to run the wires in the wall?

• A:Answer Hi there, Nick. Thanks for the questions! Basic TV Mounting will be kind of what it sounds like - just mounting the TV up on drywall where you would like. Premium TV Mounting will do that, but connect your devices, cable wrapping so they're out of sight, and then walking you through the TV. From what you're saying, if you want it all to be done for you, that would be the Premium TV Mounting. If you're wondering what kind of HDMI you should get, that depends on the TV you are putting up. If it's a higher end TV, you do need a much better HDMI to enable that quality. If it's a lower end TV, you don't necessarily need the greatest HDMI cable. I hope this answers your questions. • A:Answer Yes. just need to use a special bit to make a hole for the screws ive done it before at my house i didnt have the room to use the brick for my fireplace but ive mounted friends and families mount to brick before i bacame dis abled. Just make sure you use a laser level or equivalent before you startaking holes in the brick you cant eyeball level for a tv mount

Q: QuestionI just had an 85" TV installed on the wall by Geek Squad. After they left I noticed one side is 1" lower than the other side (tilted sideways). If I purchase a new TV mount will you be able to fix the problem with the new mount or do I have to pay again?

• A:Answer I have a small 36" TV and every time I pull it out or move it at all, it has to be rebalanced, side to side. I keep a small level by the cable box so I can keep it straight after use. It's not broken, it's just the way it works. I don't know if your problem is the same or not with an 85 incher!
