Without knowing what you did or didn't do it's hard to say. Did you hold the power button down on the BeatsX for 5 seconds to make it discoverable? Are you able to connect the headphones to any other devices? I was able to pair it with my Galaxy S7 and my MacBook Pro without any problems. Are you able to pair other Bluetooth items to your S8? If you go to the official website you can try downloading and installing the latest firmware to see if that helps. Just do a search for "BeatsX support" and follow the steps on their site.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m taking a wild guess and saying it’s the W1 chip that makes them iPhone specific and may not connect to other devices. I know other brands make specific earphones that work with either apple or android devices notes usually by a i in the mode number. I do k ow that the controls are iPhone specific and will not work completely with android devices. For android phones I would buy jay bird x3.
