“What should I do when the beatsx is just blinking red and white light and not connecting”

• Lay your beats flat and turn them on. if they sync up and play while flat vs when you are using them/wearing them... then you have the same issue I had. There is a fine wire that broke down.

• I called apple and they shipped me a box in mail and fixed my for free. I only had them for 2 months. Took about 5 day total.

• throw them out. They are exactly what they are unfortunatley "BEAT" Lol everyone has the same problem it seems. For some reason they are most likely cooked. Such a terrible product since Apple purchased them. Same thing happened to mine

• You can reset them pressing the power button and the volume down button at the same time for 10 seconds. When the LED light flashes, then release both buttons. They are now reset and ready to be paired to your devices again. You can also update the firmware by downloading the Beats Updater from the Beats website and then following the steps.
