Lay your beats flat and turn them on. if they sync up and play while flat vs when you are using them/wearing them... then you have the same issue I had. There is a fine wire that broke down.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can reset them pressing the power button and the volume down button at the same time for 10 seconds. When the LED light flashes, then release both buttons. They are now reset and ready to be paired to your devices again. You can also update the firmware by downloading the Beats Updater from the Beats website and then following the steps.
