• I’ve using this during workout sessions- lifting weights, incline on treadmill (not running), jumping up and down and they stay in place. Sweat resistant.

• not made for working out. Powerbeats 3 are sweat and water resistant so you should use those for working out. you can connect to your controller for gaming to hear but the talk back feature won't work for gaming. studio 3 are not sweat and water resistant and you should avoid water and moisture.
