This is a known issue. Some people have exchanged them for a new set and it didn’t happen on the new ones. Some people got a new set and it still did it. I’d say exchange them and try a new pair.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That is an issue that I had with my right earbud. I simply called Apple. They sent me a return kit. They fix them actually replaced my right earbud and sent them back within three or four days.
