• Yes. Refurbished products are cleaned before they are sold again and I believe the rubber earbuds are replaced.

• they replace all the parts. the ones I got had brand new ear buds that came in a sealed package.

• When I received my refurbished ones they came with a new pack unopened. They also smelled brand new

• The ear pieces appeared to be perfectly fine, but feel free to take a QTip and some rubbing alcohol and swab them if you're still unsure !
