Question. I purchased a pair of beats by Dre. Certified refurbished and I no longer have the box. They will not charge and when I try to get them fixed or another pair, they ask for the serial number and they are not on the product. How can I get them repaired?

- Answer Use your purchase receipt as evidence and they will find the serial number IF they really need it. ;)

- Answer I think because of the color I bought some and the look brand new I don’t mind the yellow I can’t see them when I’m wearing them haha but seriously they sound and look like brand new
