Q: QuestionCan I mute a call from the earbud? I bought apple iPod Pros and they can’t do that (crazy) so thinking of returned them for these beats if they can do that.

Q: QuestionI’ve had these for 8 months and HATE them. One of them is always dead because any slight movement of the case takes it off charge. Should not be this difficult. SUCKS. Want to exchange for some thy different! Is that possible?

• A:Answer Technically no. For true noise canceling you need over the ear headphones and a good seal around the ear. But these do go into the ear canal, and if you use the thicker tips (it includes 4 sizes) it can get pretty close to noise canceling.

Q: QuestionAm I able to leave these in the case overnight when they are 90%-100%? Will it affect them in any way? Last time I left these in the case (they were 90%+) the left side stopped working (such as controls were not working and the sound wasn't playing).

• A:Answer I do it all the time with no trouble. On rare occasion, I think twice in the last 8 months, I have had to shut down my phone for them to reconnect. Each time it was just after I had connected the earbuds to my laptop and my phone to my vehicle so I think there are just too many connections overlapping. When I went back to earbuds on the phone, it was intermittent and erratic. I just placed the buds back in the case, shut down & restarted the phone and flawless connection again. Hope this helps!

• A:Answer You can charge the case with the provided cable. It can then act as a 'power bank' for the headphones until all of the charge is gone; then you have to recharge the case. In my experience, you can maybe charge the headphones 0-100% once on a full charge.

• A:Answer Each one has its' own controls, but if you pull one away or activate the main button on one, it will cut the music for both. You can use either or both. Volume is adjusted individually. It's easier and more instinctive than I'm probably making it sound.

I've used these to have a compelling conversation while walking down a very windy Market St. in San Francisco all the while transitioning to the underground BART station with trains passing the other direction and not once did either person complain about noise or wind. Very busy train station filled with background noise and no complaints while still being able to hear and be heard? Compelling conversation, indeed.
