When I first got mine, they would disconnect all the time, I let them die & then made sure they weren’t connected to another device including phone, tablet, anything really fighting for the connectivity and they work brand new
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can go into your settings on your Samsung TV. Look for Bluetooth devices remove this device and then add it again. If that does not help you can turn off Bluetooth and turn it on again. When I have experienced this issue. These are the steps that I’ve taken if that does not help you can refer to your Samsung manual.
