If these are anything like the solo 3’s (which they are) only difference is that solo 3s are on ear. At a higher volume like previous beats products they do leak sound..... a lot!. But at like 60-70% volume still leaks but not as Much someone would have to be right next to you in order to hear your music. Hope this helps

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you have them up on the highest volume setting, a person would have to be right next to you to make out exactly what you are listening to. They can certainly hear a little of the beat if all the way up

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve recently received these earphones as a gift and I must say, the noise cancelation is amazing. Once in a while I can hear some outside noise but nothing major. But to answer your question, I have noticed that if my volume is cranked up and I was to take them off and step back a few feet, you can hear them load and clear. But, I have used them max volume in a car and got no complaints or rude gestures:)
